Privacy Policy

The short version

• Your energy data is yours. Not ours. Not anyone else’s.
• We never sell user data. Our business is hardware and optional subscriptions.
• The ELI plug processes most analytics on-device. Cloud sync is opt-in and end-to-end encrypted.
• You can export, delete, or revoke access to your data at any time.

What we collect on this site

When you join the waitlist or place a reservation, we collect your name, email, optional phone and city, and the page you signed up from. We use this to confirm your spot, ship products, and improve the funnel. Server logs include IP and user agent, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

What we collect from the product

The ELI plug measures voltage, current, and power factor at the outlet it’s plugged into. It does not capture audio, video, or any non-electrical signal. If you enable cloud sync, anonymized aggregates may be used to improve our anomaly-detection models, with the option to opt out at any time inside the app.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics (first-party, no cookies) for performance. We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel for ad attribution. You can opt out via your browser settings or installer blockers without affecting site functionality.

Data subject rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@eli.ph. We respond within 15 calendar days.
